Childcare service will be provided during the CUPE BC Think Tank taking place July 15 – 17, 2025 at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort. To secure childcare arrangements, please complete and submit the form below no later than July 7, 2024 (end of day).

Please fill out one application form per child. The deadline to register for childcare is July 7, 2025.

Please note that we cannot accommodate requests after this deadline.

There is a nominal fee of $10 per day, per child, for the entire day OR any partial day. Lunch and snacks are included in the fee, as well as short walks and/or activities in the surrounding area outside of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are NOT included. Please ensure your child is fed before attending.

PAYMENT

CUPE BC will contact you with an invoice after the application deadline.
